Green Helium announces the appointment of two new board members.
Calgary, Alberta, March 5, 2023 – Green Helium Corp. (“GHC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Don Getzlaf (founder of NCS) and Mr. Marty Stromquist (founder of NCS) have joined GHC’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Don Getzlaf is a professional engineer with more than 35 years of oilfield experience, specializing in cementing, completions, and field operations. Mr. Don Getzlaf has authored numerous papers on materials and methods related to oilfield cementing and holds 37 patents and pending patents on well construction including cementing and completions. Mr. Don Getzlaf has served as President of Fluid Energy Group, founder and Chief Technology Officer of NCS Multistage, and founder of Cemblend Systems and Microblend.
Mr. Marty Stromquist has served in technical and management positions for more than 40 years, bringing a wealth of operational and executive experience from progressive companies with growth successes in North America and internationally. He is skilled at evaluating, developing, and exploiting new technologies. He holds numerous patents for completion-related tools, processes, and downhole procedures, and he has authored numerous technical papers and articles.
Mr. Stromquist is one of the founders of Cemblend Systems Inc., a privately held technology company, focusing on strategies around field development through upstream operations and investing in new start-up companies. Mr. Stromquist is a founder and current director of NCS Multistage, a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ Exchange. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Fluid Energy Group Ltd., RevSolz Corp, and GeoGen Technologies, Inc.
